Εggplant barbentane 730

This traditional variety is ideal for growing in the open field, and gives very firm flesh beautyful elongated fruit 20 to 25 centimeters. Eggplant is essential in ratatouille but also consumes fritters or grilled.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow under cover in April in a place reserved for planting with fine soil, rich and well worked.
2. Transplanting: In June, select the strongest eggplant feet and plant them in the ground in 50 x 70 cm away and then place a tutor.
3. Harvest: Harvest August to October. For eggplants from July sow indoors in February and March.
